The Member Engagement Specialist will be responsible for managing the custom member communications strategy and execution for a select group of 2nd.MD clients with a goal of increasing member engagement and utilization. The Specialist will be responsible for managing and coordinating with key stakeholders, including large national clients and account management teams, along with partnering with marketing and agency partners to execute campaigns accurately and timely.
