Job Description:
  • Manages, supports and contributes to projects, programs and processes in support of 2nd.MD’s HR Strategy for the HR Functions.
  • Ensures HR projects, programs and processes meet business needs and align to 2nd.MD’s HR Strategy.
  • Partners with leaders on HR projects, processes and programs.
  • Identifies issues in aligning projects and programs with the business and/or function and escalates to HR Management.
  • Supports HR projects by compiling and synthesizing relevant information, data, and develops recommendations in support of business needs.
  • Utilizes tools and designs solutions to improve processes and effectiveness. Conducts quantitative and qualitative analyses to support HR programs and initiatives.
  • Provides operational support to project teams on key HR transformational initiatives.
  • Develops a broad understanding of the full spectrum of HR programs and a working knowledge of the business.
Qualifications:
  • New graduate or enrolled in university
  • Excellent written communication and verbal skills.
  • Good project management skills
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills
  • Good relationship management skills
  • Solid quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
  • Data management experience preferred.
