Job Description:

The Product Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing product consumer marketing materials for 2nd.MD with a goal of increasing member engagement and utilization. The Specialist will be responsible for managing and coordinating with key stakeholders, including account management teams, along with partnering with marketing and agency partners to execute campaigns accurately and timely.  

Location: U.S. Based

Reports To​: Director, Member Engagement

Product Engagement Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing and implementing 2nd.MD B2C product engagement materials
  • Develops standard annual consumer marketing campaign calendar that will be executed across 2nd.MD’s membership population
  • Manages 2nd.MD’s digital consumer engagement strategy
  • Manages and executes communication projects across 2nd.MD requiring cross-functional input (account management, sales, tech, marketing, clinical, etc.)
  • Responsible for increasing customer engagement (utilization)
  • Supports customer open enrollment and health fairs

Education/Training:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred Communications, English, Marketing)
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing communications and product marketing (agency/consulting experience preferred)
  • Health system, wellness programs or insurance experience is a plus

  • This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers and filing cabinets.

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
  • This is a full-time position, and general hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Some client travel may be required
