Job Description:

The Sales Administrator will be responsible for handling key administrative duties within the Sales department to ensure the team can perform at their highest level and remain effective in the field.

  • Responsible for calendar management, travel and expenses for Chief Growth Officer and Chief Clinical Officer; possibly assist with travel needs for Sales VPs
  • Manage weekly sales meeting agenda and coordination of guest speakers
  • Assist marketing with coordination of conferences, to include attendee list management, logistics, collateral and swag
  • Assist with management of client webinars, to include setup and facilitation of webinar using the selected software, assist marketing in coordinating the invitations, schedule speaker(s), etc.
  • Assist with the scheduling of client meetings involving multiple executives or key stakeholders
  • Assist with client briefing documents and meeting logistics, as needed
  • Coordinate bi-annual, onsite sales team meetings
  • Monitor Sales file structure within 2nd.MD’s Google Drive and ensure best practices are being followed
  • Assist with initial setup and logistics of RFPs as they are received, as well as printing and shipping of RFPs that must be delivered in hard copy
  • Assist with data entry and maintenance of HubSpot CRM, as needed

 

Qualifications:
  • Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and expert communication skills
  • Ability to interact with C-level and senior executives
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Docs, Sheets and Drive, preferred
  • Advanced MS PowerPoint and MS Word skills
  • Experience in the HR/benefits or healthcare space, a commercial healthcare carrier or a benefits consulting/brokerage firm is preferred, but not required
  • Bachelor’s Degree

This is a full-time position, and general hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Some travel may be required but will be rare (less than 5%).
