2nd.MD is a service provided by many employers and healthcare plans at No Cost to their employees and dependents covered under their plan—plus some parents and in-laws. Our care team of nurses is available from the moment a member reaches out to handle all the details. Within a matter of days, members have the opportunity to speak with a board-certified specialist from top institutions across the country for a virtual face-to-face consultation via video chat or phone call from the comfort of their home. Whether they have questions about their diagnosis, medication, or treatment options, 2nd.MD is here to ensure all their questions are answered, so they gain the peace of mind knowing they are on the best path possible.
Summary/Objective: The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the digital marketing strategy needed to create a consumer-centric digital experience. The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the development, coordination & execution of our brand-level digital marketing strategy across a variety of engagement channels including our website, social media, SEO/SEM, SMS, engagement-based email, and our mobile app. You will analyze performance and identify optimizations to achieve 2nd.MD engagement goals. You will partner cross-functionally (tech, innovation, account management, sales) to ensure consistency and best practices in developing the strategy and execution of our digital properties to effectively increase 2nd.MD brand awareness and consult utilization.

Lead the development and implementation of overall digital marketing strategy for 2nd.MD
Responsible for building out 2nd.MD’s email campaign strategy
Manage the execution and deployment of email campaigns on behalf of 2nd.MD and 2nd.MD client groups
Develop content for clients' various email, SMS, social media and web-based campaigns
Develop and oversee effective SEO/SEM and content marketing strategies
Collaborate with technology and innovation teams to optimize our online and app user experience
Partner closely with member engagement team to develop robust member campaign offerings to promote with 2nd.MD clients and health plan partners
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing and social media campaigns
Skills and Qualifications:
Superior writing, project management, communication and presentation skills
Experience creating content for delivery across email, SMS, social and web, using data to inform content
Deep understanding of digital tools, technologies and trends
Highly organized, self-directed and resourceful
Effectively manage multiple priorities
Exceptional attention to detail
Healthcare, consulting or agency experience desired
Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing, Communications, Business preferred)
5+ years of driving digital campaign strategy and digital campaign management
Health care system, wellness programs/products or insurance experience is a plus

This is a full-time position, and general hours of work and days are Monday through
